"Downgraded Review: I originally gave 5 stars based on my experience with Ben on the insurance for my primary residence. I then gave Ben more business for my automobiles. When I called Ben to ask for quotes on my 2nd home and called again for one of my rental properties, Josh Post, the owner, forbid me from working with Ben (who was still employed at Mr. Post’s agency.) I explained to Me. Post that it was Ben who had earned my business. My loyalty was to him and I preferred to work only with him. Mr. Post then replied that if I did not choose to work with the person(s) HE assigned to my account, that he would happily transfer my policies to a different agency. I earned a BS in Business and learned about the consequences of discourtesy to clients, but after the 2nd time i was denied the ability to work with Ben on the two new quotes, I communicated my dissatisfaction, in writing, to Mr. Post. Also at that time I mentally ended my client-relationship with his firm. I began interviewing new agents and soon as I find one as good as Ben I will move my policies. It is Mr. Post’s right to run his agency any way he wants, but his attitude seems to be less about client-service and more about client-control. As a consumer, I also have the right to manage my “agency” by making proactive choices about who gets my business. I only place it with firms that value me and my business standards. Clients are earned (and lost) one transaction at a time. Below is my original 5-star review, of BEN’s service. The above 2-star review is my experience with JOSH, the owner: I highly recommend Ben, who worked diligently to figure out the issues with my homeowners policy and achieved success where my previous agent could not. (Ben) answers the phone. (Ben) calls you back. He cares for your time and your customer satisfaction. While other agencies are embracing tools that replace customer interactions, (Ben) embraces it. I give (him) 5-stars all the way."

It was so easy to get a quote; James responded very quickly and got the whole process done in under a day, while I was still waiting on other agencies. "I knew I needed a better vehicle insurance company. Not only a more competitive rate but also better customer relations. I started filling out request for quote forms on line. Within 30 minutes of hitting submit, Justin was calling me. I don't think I have ever been cold-called by anyone as well versed in their product as Justin was.
