"Unlike geico and usaa, Josh Post State Farm truely shines in customer service. State Farm is a huge insurance company with great prices, coverages. But it is my friends(the staff) at Josh Post State Farm that have made the whole experience literally awesome. "I was a loyal customer for over a decade to another automotive insurance company, but after 10 years with them, my rate just continued to soar higher and higher. After relentless recommendations from a friend, I gave in and let Josh work his magic. My only regret in this situation is not trusting Josh sooner. He responded quickly to my email inquiry and I had a new policy (at HALF the price of my previous one, with MORE coverage) within hours.
